CARMINE GRASSO – PARTNER AND ARCHITECT

"Bachelor of Science – Architecture   |   New York Institute of Technology" Carmine has been a Registered Architect for 15 years. He has 24 years experience in Architecture. His accomplishments include: numerous religious facilities for the Diocese of Rockville Centre and Diocese of Brooklyn, Educational Facilities for the North Merrick and Valley Stream School Districts, Park Facilities for the Town of Hempstead Parks Department, as well as various private Commercial and Residential structures. Carmine is proficient in AutoCAD Versions 14 through 2004 and Architectural Desktop. Carmine is involved in every project from the project's conception to through the construction phase.

Patrick Wood – Project Manager

"Certificate in AutoCAD Drafting  |  Island Drafting and Technical Institute" Patrick has 30 years experience in Architecture, Space Planning and Design. His accomplishments include: Residential Development from Nassau County to the Hamptons as well as various private commercial / medical projects. Patrick served for 5 years on the Board of the Town of Brookhaven Historic District Advisory Committee. Patrick is proficient in AutoCAD Versions 14 through 2010 and Architectural Desktop.

Patrick's current responsibilities include: Project Coordination, Contractor/Client liaison, Construction Documents and Residential and Commercial Design and Renovations.
